All items shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS International Standard shipping. It does not having tracking information and will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen. EXCHANGE POLICY. We at Little One & Co. stand behind our products and service.
Your satisfaction is VERY important to us, therefore we would like to minimize returns as much as possible. We are always happy to answer questions about the products we carry or provide measurements to assist with sizing, check material content, color, etc. Please email or call us before ordering if you are not sure of the size or would like additional information.
In the event an item was not as expected, we will offer an exchange or store credit, within 14 days of the delivery receipt of purchase subject to the following terms. NO REFUNDS.
- Returnable Items - Full priced items may be returned if they are in new, saleable condition i.e. HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and have all the original tags attached. We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions.
- Non-Returnable Items - All sale items, bathing suits, undergarments, jewelry, footwear and other accessories are FINAL SALES. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Hair Accessories, Tights & Socks are considered final sale only. *NJ Health Laws prohibit their return.
- Holiday Apparel will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and at any time after the Holidays.
- We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Exchanges or returns should be mailed to: Little One & Co. Customer Service, 1 Highland Place, Maplewood, NJ 07040 Please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange
Please note: Little One & Co. is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.
Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns for store credit. If you have not received a credit within that time please feel free to contact us.
If you ordered using a promotional discount and you do not meet the criteria for the discount after the return, handling fees may apply and your credit may be adjusted accordingly. (Example: Orders over $100.00 receive free shipping. If you return something and your new total is $102.00, shipping fees may be applied at the rate the merchandise would have shipped for).
Orders are processed directly online with our credit card company as soon as they are placed and if cancelled more than 3 hours after they are placed will incur a 20% transaction fee.
